Anyone who has read, poked through, or perused Neptune 911 with curiosity, I’m challenging you to mark your calendar for September 19, 2009 as your DAY TO HELP OUR OCEANS AND WATERWAYS. There are sign ups for waterways throughout the country and everywhere around the world.
